1. Expertise on windows 10/11 administrations2. Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues3. Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)4. Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments5. Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues6. Troubleshooting of Office issues7. Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues8. Mobile Device Management support9. Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM10. Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive11. Knowledge on one drive12. Good communication skills.13. SCCM Knowledge14. Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployments15. Microsoft windows 10 Certification
