What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make and receive calls to/from provider offices to collect patient charts for insurance purposes
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clear communication and high-quality interactions
- Adhere to strict attendance policies, especially during the first 90 days
- Accurately document and update patient information and provider responses
- Meet performance-based goals in a high-volume call center environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service or sales experience in hospitality, travel, healthcare, or similar fields
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace
- Commitment to training with no time missed during the first 90 days of employment
- Must live within 45 minutes of Houston, TX
