What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
- Travel regionally 4-6 times per year for face-to-face interactions
- Promote client's products through outbound and inbound calls
- Create and implement business plans to achieve sales goals
- Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bi-Lingual Spanish and English-speaking required
- Ability to travel within the Eastern US and Puerto Rico region
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharma or sales
- 2+ years of experience in Pharma virtual sales preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals virtually to drive product utilization with the appropriate patients
