- Oversee supervisors of engineers, technologists, designers, and drafters.
- Provide leadership and training in Substation Design, including one-on-one mentorship to developing leads and supervisors.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain quality control standards for Cost, Quality, and Timing metrics.
- Monitor and communicate project portfolio health.
- Hold teams accountable to project baselines; ensure timely address of change orders and revisions.
- Determine client needs and facilitate smooth process operation with clients and internal teams.
- Interface and liaise with clients on issues and inefficiencies.
- Resolve problems related to quality, resourcing, and staffing.
- Facilitate resolution of disagreements between clients and internal teams.
- Drive team development and identify potential training needs.
- Support operational business planning and strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- PE certification required.
- Ten years of substation experience with progressive responsibilities.
- Six years of consulting experience interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing large teams of diverse skill sets.
- Experience with execution, risk analysis and management, monitoring and tracking a portfolio greater than $5M in revenue.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

They will provide leadership and direction to their direct reports and ensure that all projects meet their Cost, Quality and Timing metrics. They will also be responsible for helping to grow the business and execute the current work-flow.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
