What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and schedule interviews for candidates within a designated region
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure sufficient candidate flow
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet minimum qualifications as per state and location guidelines
- Implement and monitor sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Support the ongoing management of the Applicant Tracking System
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a licensed Therapy Assistant (PTA, COTA, or SLPA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment, with related field experience being a plus
- Strong sense of urgency in communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Ability to apply logical and creative thinking to provide effective solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare recruiting field
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Willingness to travel minimally as needed
