      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source candidates and schedule interviews for designated regions within the employer
      - Coordinate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure candidate flow
      - Screen candidates for minimum qualifications based on state and location guidelines
      - Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance teamwork and credibility
      - Track and analyze sourcing trends to improve recruitment strategies and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a licensed Therapy Assistant (PTA, COTA, or SLPA)
      - Competency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
      - Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment preferred
      - Ability to communicate urgently and effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
      - Strong logical and creative thinking skills to provide solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field is a plus
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
      - Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements in recruitment
