- Ability to communicate urgently and effectively with team members and candidates
- Strong logical and creative thinking skills to provide solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related field to recruitment or sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends
