What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned application areas, coordinating all issues that arise during the project
- Develop best practice workflows based on decisions from system decision-making groups and translate information into application builds
- Analyze business processes and reengineer them to improve clinical and business needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary functional groups to make design, implementation, and outcome reporting decisions
- Assist in managing multiple projects and adapt to frequent changes in priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience serving as a subject matter expert or consultant
- Epic Willow certification highly preferred
- Knowledge of performance/business process improvement activities, including methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly to project leadership and team members

- Ability to interface with multiple technical and business teams
- Familiarity with clinical software and other computer applications
- Experience participating in training and working with end users
