What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide intermediate-level support and configuration for assigned healthcare applications
- Assist, train, and support customers with the operation and administration of systems
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors for issue resolution
- Analyze and document current and future needs and workflows
- Participate in team and project meetings, contributing to workflow design and testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or three or more years of related experience
- Current EPIC certification(s) upon hire, with additional certification(s) to be achieved within 120 days
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT or clinical business workflows
- Experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments
- Willingness to travel or participate in remote training if certification is not obtained upon hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with application system build processes
- Familiarity with requirement collection, validation, and workflow design
