What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand client business requirements and assist in the requirement elicitation process
- Develop business requirement documents
- Analyze client business practices and present strategies for application implementation
- Participate in system configuration
- Assist in developing test plans and performing testing of software applications
- Collaborate with support department to transition new customers after go-live
- Train both customers and internal staff on product functions
- Participate in sales and marketing activities, including responding to RFPs and product demonstrations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Business Analysis, working on Financial, Payroll, or Work Management software, or relevant education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Human Capital Management, or a combination of Information technology and Accounting/Finance/Payroll
- Exemplary customer service skills and willingness to work in a client-facing role
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to support business leaders
- Proficient in Office 365
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, and/or Human Resources
- Experience in implementing accounting or payroll software
- Working knowledge of SQL
