What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand client business requirements and contribute to the requirement elicitation process
- Develop business requirement documents and analyze client business practices to develop strategies for application implementation
- Participate in system configuration and develop test plans to ensure application functionality and data validation
- Work with the support department to transition new customers after go-live and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with staff members to train customers and internal staff on product functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Financial, Payroll, or Work Management software
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Human Capital Management, or a related field
- Exemplary customer service skills and ability to work in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, and/or Human Resources
- Experience in implementing accounting or payroll software
- Working knowledge of SQL
