      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts daily
      - Convert digital leads into confirmed sales appointments (in-store or virtual)
      - Deliver immediate and professional responses to all inquiries
      - Build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the next step in the buying process
      - Document all communications and follow-ups in the CRM with accuracy and detail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume automotive dealership BDC or internet sales environment
      - Proven success in setting, confirming, and converting appointments
      - Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and over the phone
      - Experience handling objections and overcoming hesitation with confidence
      - Highly organized and self-motivated; able to manage time and tasks independently in a remote setting

      - Proficient with CRM platforms, phone systems, texting platforms, and digital communication tools
      - A true team player with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive goals
      - Automotive industry experience is required
