- Work closely with Warmline Supervisors in a structured environment
- Share knowledge and experience with a caring team of peers
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Commit to ongoing recovery to serve the community effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Family Peer Support Worker (CFPSW) or CFPSW eligible
- Experience advocating for mental health or developmental needs
- Familiarity with child and family support principles
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in peer support or working with families facing behavioral health challenges
