- Operate as an independent contractor and freight agent under England Logistics
- Leverage our national carrier network to secure competitive rates and reliable service
- Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes: Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Specialized, Parcel
- Utilize England Logistics’ back-office support for credit checks, collections, claims, and legal services
- Access innovative tools including McLeod Software, DAT, Trucker Tools, and real-time load tracking.
- Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Business Development Coaches
- Participate in exclusive events like the annual Agent Conference to network and learn from industry leaders
- Competitive Commission Splits — Maximize your earnings with performance-based incentives
- Multi-Modal Service Portfolio — Offer FTL, LTL, Parcel, and access to FedEx, DHL, USPS infrastructure
- Financial Strength — $250,000 bond and secure funding options through TIA Certification

- Marketing & Sales Tools — Access branded collateral, training videos, and analytics

- Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
- Proven success managing a book of business
- Experience in Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and/or Parcel
- Strong negotiation skills and carrier relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and scale
- Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
