What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for various programs and projects
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Provide accurate and complete information using provided tools and methods
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow company communication procedures and guidelines to enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in typing and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
