What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and guide Remote Guarding Officers (RGOs), ensuring effective customer service and task management
- Monitor performance using quality tracking systems and provide feedback to RGOs
- Assist in employee development through coaching and training initiatives
- Address complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain employee timesheets and manage payroll entry into Oracle HCM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service and supervisory experience
- Familiarity with Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college education preferred
- Experience in the security or law enforcement industry
