      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the compliance program, including healthcare compliance initiatives
      - Review and address gaps in the compliance program
      - Develop and update compliance policies and procedures
      - Conduct compliance education sessions and new hire training
      - Design and implement a compliance communication strategy
      - Recommend auditing and monitoring initiatives and develop corrective action plans
      - Respond to compliance concerns and conduct investigations
      - Support the data privacy program and related initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher
      - 3 years of experience in building and maintaining a healthcare compliance program
      - 3 years of experience conducting internal investigations and handling confidential information
      - 3 years of experience reporting to/presenting in front of senior management
      - 3 years of experience in project management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience with corporate compliance or practicing law
      - Working knowledge of global data privacy/data governance
      - Law degree, 3+ years of experience at a firm or in-house, and admission to a state bar
