What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in obtaining coverage for prescription medications
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees
- Utilize call center software for account research and documentation
- Make calls to insurance companies to address patient needs
- Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a quiet location at home to work
- Recent experience in insurance verification (1+ year preferred)
- Previous experience handling high-volume calls with strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to learn new software and navigate multiple screens
- High School Diploma or GED

- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
