What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize technology applications to provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
- Work a full-time Baylor schedule every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Follow client-customized protocols for patient-centered care
- Complete charting and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
- Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care or fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy with high-speed internet and keyboard competence
- Ability to work under stress and handle multiple calls per hour
- Fluency in English and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ED, surgical services, or critical care environments
- Comfort with accessing multiple technology applications for documentation
- Ability to type quickly in a fast-paced environment
