      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service a large volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from hotel guests
      - Process transactions in the reservation system with accuracy and attention to detail
      - Provide accurate information and recommendations about properties, products, and services
      - Respond to Owner emails and requests within established response time standards
      - Resolve issues and complaints by researching, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Positive, professional individual with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor
      - Outstanding written, listening, and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Residency in the Las Vegas area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
      - Experience with a 10-key calculator
      - Proficiency in additional software programs
