      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from hotel guests, ensuring accurate processing of reservations and transactions
      - Provide comprehensive information and recommendations about the employer's properties, products, and services
      - Utilize personalized discovery and conversion techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
      - Respond to Owner emails and requests for call-backs promptly and professionally
      - Take ownership of resolving guest issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in the Las Vegas area
      - Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in using a moderately sophisticated computer system for data input
      - Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key calculator
      - Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or a hospitality-related role
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Demonstrated ability to handle and diffuse challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
      - Proven track record of achieving sales or service goals in a previous position
