What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Compensation and Retirement teams
- Assist with HR departmental budgeting processes
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure seamless support with a customer service mindset
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR support or generalist role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction across all levels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems preferred
