What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus
- Receive and resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email regarding Leave, Disability, and related HR topics
- Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adapt case management plans as needed
- Ensure appropriate communication and documentation during leave events
- Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer support experience, particularly in HR, phones, and chat
- Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in computers and research skills to find answers
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information adhering to data privacy standards
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills

- Experience dealing with customers and exceptional use of empathy skills in a fast-paced environment
