What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage employee contacts, ensuring inquiries are resolved with high-quality customer service
- Address inquiries via phone, chat, and email related to Leave, Disability, and HR services
- Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
- Build trust through empathetic communication, adapting to employees' needs
- Analyze and decide on disability, leave, and accommodations requests using critical thinking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, particularly with phone and chat communications
- Knowledge and experience in HR practices
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and information research
- Ability to manage confidential employee information and adhere to data privacy standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Proven ability to adjust to changing workloads and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with leave of absence and disability processes
