      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer leave of absence programs in compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company policies
      - Evaluate and determine employee eligibility for various leave types and manage leave duration
      - Provide consultation and guidance to managers and colleagues regarding leave policies and procedures
      - Develop and maintain efficient processes to support customers within the HR service center
      - Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to analyze leave data and recommend risk mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of progressive experience in a Disability Analyst/Coordinator/Specialist role or equivalent education and experience
      - Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, leave administration, and contact/service center operations
      - Occupational/Employee Health background and/or Disability Management background is required
      - Demonstrated knowledge of HR law, FMLA, ADAAA, and Workers' Compensation regulations
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS, with experience managing leaves through technology solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
      - Experience in vendor management
      - Familiarity with Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
      - Ability to effectively represent the department with higher-level management and various functional areas
