      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
      - Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
      - Document customer interactions in the system for record-keeping
      - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
      - Maintain a reliable and quiet workspace to support effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
      - Strong communication and active listening skills
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection
