What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as necessary
- Work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a reliable internet connection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
