      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
      - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
      - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
      - Document customer interactions and feedback in the system
      - Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
      - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
