What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Determine customer concerns and schedule necessary appointments
- Communicate effectively to ensure customers feel informed and heard
- Document and update customer records accurately
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and type 40+ wpm
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
