What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the employer’s brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
- Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Complete 16-18 weeks of paid training, depending on licensing status.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to close sales.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
