  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information on wireless plans and services
  - Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  - Overcome objections by addressing concerns and building trust with customers
  - Close sales confidently while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  - Maintain accurate records using internal tools and uphold the highest level of integrity
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail)
  - Proven experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas
  - Strong communication and active listening skills
  - Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  - Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers
