What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding customer service as an Inbound Sales Representative, assisting customers before and during the sale
- Actively listen to customers’ needs and recommend suitable cellular technology and service plans
- Perform multitasking duties including data entry, logging sales, and answering customer questions while on calls
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive work atmosphere
- Ensure a great customer experience by explaining technology in relatable terms to non-technical users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience
- Basic computer skills, including general typing, data entry, and basic computer operation
- Goal-oriented with a strong ability to motivate oneself and drive sales
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must be prepared to receive feedback positively and focus on enhancing customer experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Ability to successfully pass a fluency test for bilingual opportunities
