What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual consultations for clients exploring laser hair removal, Botox, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
- Build rapport, educate clients, and tailor treatment packages to individual goals
- Drive conversion through a consultative, high-touch sales process
- Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and KPIs in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote or inside sales
- Proven success with consultative selling and meeting or exceeding quotas
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Strong emotional intelligence and engagement skills
- Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed, with a personal home office setup
