      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct virtual consultations for clients interested in laser hair removal, Botox, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
      - Build rapport with clients, educating them and tailoring treatment packages to meet their individual goals
      - Drive conversion rates through a consultative, high-touch sales process
      - Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and KPIs using the CRM system (Salesforce)
      - Collaborate with clinical teams to provide a seamless client experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote or inside sales
      - Proven track record in consultative selling and achieving sales quotas
      - Strong passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
      - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to engage clients effectively
      - Personal home office setup with reliable internet, computer, and headset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume, consultative sales environment
      - Ability to work full-time, including weekends as needed
      - Comfort in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
