What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual consultations for clients interested in laser hair removal, Botox, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring treatments
- Build rapport with clients and tailor treatment packages to meet their individual goals
- Drive conversion rates through a consultative, high-touch sales process
- Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and KPIs using the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote or inside sales
- Proven success in consultative selling and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong emotional intelligence to engage clients effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Personal home office setup with reliable internet, computer, and headset
