What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by promoting TV, internet, and wireless products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with integrity and honesty
- Work full-time including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, and persuasive personality
- Ability to maintain a home workspace with reliable internet connection and necessary equipment
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including a drug test
