What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone, video, and email
- Educate potential customers on the employer's product offerings and value
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or fitness/health-related experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the fitness or health industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
