      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and respond to inbound customer phone calls related to security and smart home services
      - Engage with customers to close sales by assessing their needs and scheduling installation appointments
      - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and transferring calls to the appropriate departments for resolution
      - Perform follow-ups on quotes, information requests, and customer feedback
      - Adhere to established sales processes during customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of sales experience
      - Proven sales ability and strong closing skills
      - Strong listening skills for conducting needs analysis
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
      - Ability to multi-task while engaging with prospects
