What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review doctor’s schedule for daily appointments
- Verify patient’s dental benefits and coverage for scheduled appointments
- Provide detailed breakdown of insurance information to patients
- Collaborate with operations and billing teams to ensure accurate insurance verification
- Maintain effective communication with team members and doctors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- Previous Administrative or Office experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with payers and team members
- Experience with scanning and filing records into electronic systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in dental or healthcare administration roles
- Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail
