What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls related to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues following established guidelines and procedures
- Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist with prior authorizations
- Verify benefits for Major Medical and confirm network status to ensure claim payments
- Document interactions and actions taken regarding customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call center settings
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer service related to adherence and complex disease states
- Background in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions
- Intermediate PC skills, including advanced use of MS Windows and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
