      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set clear goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
      - Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React, Typescript, and JavaScript
      - Lead the migration of existing applications and develop, test, and deploy serverless applications on AWS
      - Write clean, maintainable code while following software development best practices
      - Mentor and coach team members through regular one-on-ones

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies
      - 3+ years demonstrable experience leading a software development team
      - Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and familiarity with build tools such as Webpack
      - Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS) and serverless architecture

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AWS Certifications
      - Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
      - Strong understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
      - Experience with JWT tokens and front-end security best practices
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
