What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement complex solutions, including functional requirements, coding, support, and agile team leadership
- Develop and deploy solutions on AWS Cloud technologies
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools
- Collaborate with business and product team members to diagnose and resolve complex problems
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of working experience with PolicyCenter (Gosu) and Full Stack development
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Full Stack Design and Development, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
- Experience with AWS Cloud technologies and version control tools such as Git
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships locally and across locations
