What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and claims
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with precision
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate smooth transactions
- Support Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred)
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite
