      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist clients in selecting appropriate Medicare insurance plans based on their needs
      - Maintain a strong understanding of Medicare products and services
      - Achieve and perform against key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Work full-time with mandatory overtime during open enrollment periods
      - Collaborate with a team of experienced insurance agents to drive sales and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Health Insurance License in the state of residence
      - Minimum of 1 year of Medicare sales experience (2+ years preferred)
      - Experience working at least 1 annual enrollment period (AEP)
      - Sales experience with at least 2 of the following: Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, Humana, and UHC (with at least 1 being Humana or UHC)
      - Must reside in an eligible state within the EST, CST, or MST time zones

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Medicare sales
      - Proven sales mindset with a strong desire to achieve bonuses
      - Familiarity with Medicare KPIs and performance metrics
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
