      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take inbound calls to assist customers with information and decisions regarding their healthcare/Medicare plans
      - Handle re-enrollment calls, with the majority being inbound inquiries
      - Conduct outbound calls based on customer interest, without any cold calling
      - Ensure compliance by maintaining an active health insurance license in the state of residence
      - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the call process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active health insurance license in current and good standing
      - Must reside in the state where licensed
      - High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)
      - Minimum of six (6) months of sales experience
      - Strong customer service orientation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or Medicare-related customer service
      - Familiarity with remote work technology and tools
