What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults via video
- Share digital lessons and assessments with clients between sessions
- Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra's expert clinical team
- Participate in continuing education and peer consultation with fellow coaches
- Meet regularly with your Supervisor for ongoing performance support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduated from a comprehensive ACTP or ACSTH coaching program accredited by the ICF or hold an ICF-credential
- Completed a minimum of 100 client coaching hours and at least one year post-graduation
- Able to commit to approximately 24 hours per week and see a caseload of 16+ adult clients weekly
- Skilled at supporting clients to connect with and explore difficult emotions
- Confident using various technological platforms including video conferencing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Mental Health Coach
- Experience in providing culturally responsive care
- Familiarity with Lyra's evidence-based Mental Health Coaching model
