What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, maintain, and update resource-loaded project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
- Integrate new project schedules within the existing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) framework
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with VA project teams to review and refine schedules
- Analyze current schedule templates to align with updated policies and procedures
- Prepare data analytics reports and deliver training sessions on scheduling best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on scheduling experience, particularly with Oracle Primavera P6
- Certifications required: AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), PMI-SP, or PMP
- Proven experience with large construction projects, preferably in medical or public-sector facilities
- Strong understanding of Total Cost Management (TCM) principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide Primavera P6 scheduling solutions within the last 5 years
- Familiarity with industry standards such as the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide
- Skilled in using MS Office Suite, Adobe, and Oracle Analytics tools for reporting and visualization
