      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Demonstrate working knowledge of product lines and customer service processes
      - Collect and analyze customer feedback to determine complaint significance
      - Escalate complaints as per defined procedures
      - Document customer feedback objectively and accurately
      - Prepare and submit reports for regulatory agencies as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Quality, Documentation Control, or Regulatory Affairs
      - Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree in Business or related field preferred
      - Working knowledge of Quality Assurance, Release and Configuration Management, and Regulatory Affairs
      - Customer facing experience
      - Strong computer, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
