What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sales incentives, commissions, and SPIFF analysis
- Develop annual quotas, sales targets, and customer tracking functions
- Oversee sales tracings, billbacks, chargebacks, and pricing administration
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives
- Develop and analyze meaningful sales and contract productivity reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related commercial role
- JD Edwards experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic/international)
