What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with Sales Leaders and Business Integrators
- Lead the RFI/RFP process for various agreements and contracts
- Guide internal decision-makers to ensure contract execution meets company standards
- Manage contracts lifecycle including planning, drafting, and execution
- Act as a subject matter expert for US customer contracts and RFPs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of commercial contract development and management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to establish credibility and trust within the organization
